This year marks the 38th edition of Art Basel, the world’s premier fair for contemporary art and 20th-century classics. 300 leading galleries from all over the world will be taking part, presenting works by over 2,000 artists. Special sectors feature one-person shows of young artists, editions, large-scale works, art in public space, artist records, artist films, cultural institutions, and art magazines. At the daily Art Basel Conversations, distinguished members of the international art world will discuss subjects based around the collection and exhibition of art.
